Lori Murphy joined the Tosca Management team in 2010. She has worked 27 years in the restaurant business and has front-of-the house and back-of-the house experience. Lori started as a busgirl at the age of 14, and worked as a line cook through high school and college.
For the last nine years she worked seasonally for Hull Yacht Club and was the bar manager for the last four. During this time she also installed and programmed Point of Sale systems for one of the top POS companies in the country, gaining further knowledge into the inner workings of the restaurant business.

A life-long resident of the South Shore, Lori resides in Hull with her husband and daughter.
