Tosca, the flagship restaurant of Eat Well, Inc., is located across the street from picturesque Hingham Harbor in Hingham, MA. Specializing in Italian-inspired cuisine, Tosca focuses on infusing fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients into all of its offerings. In its conception, Tosca was envisioned by its creators, Ed Kane and Greg Acerra as being an oasis of creative cuisine melded with a fine dining experience. Since opening in 1993, Tosca has remained true to this vision and continues to be one of the most popular dining destinations on the South Shore. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods and an open kitchen from which award-winning Chef Brian Hennebury takes center stage.
The name “Tosca” itself comes from the famous Puccini Italian opera of the same name. The opera beautifully illustrates the northern Italian culture and heritage and evokes a strong rustic Italian feeling and image in all who view it.
